Day 1: Arrival at HK Airport and Nature Tripping in Hong Kong Park

In May 2010, our family (my dad, hubby, my 2 sisters-in-law, my nephew and niece) together with my dad's friends had the chance to travel to Hong Kong and Macau for 4 days. So just imagine how exhausted we were after the tour. But I must say it was worth it. It was a well-planned trip. The family really bonded very well.

Hubby and I took the Tiger Airways flight from Singapore to meet them at Hong Kong International Airport at 10am.
At the Hong Kong International Airport.
We took the train at the arrival area of the airport and got off at Kowloon station.

Inside the Train going to the City.
We then transferred to the free airport shuttle bus to go to our hotel located at Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon which is the central district in Hong Kong.

The hotel is called Golden Crown Guest House. It is quite small and inexpensive but very clean hotel. We reached there at 1pm, had lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Food was great. Though I cannot remember the name of the restaurant.

At the Restaurant.
Hong Kong Park. Unfortunately, we do not have a group picture taken here. :-(

I am so payat dito. :-)
Got exhausted walking so we rested for a bit :-)
The Building behind is very nice, isn't it? Modern Architectural Design.
Next Post: Day 1: Madame Tussauds.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures! :-)

Marina Bay Sands Skypark and Infinity Pool

The Esplanade Theater
This is actually a late post.

Pictures were taken last year, during my previous company's exhibition at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.

I was able to see how gorgeous the Sands Skypark and Infinity Pool is for free :-)
The sad part is we just used a digital camera to take photos. Aw!

A Ticket is required for entry.

S$20 FOR ADULT
S$14 FOR CHILDREN (BETWEEN 2 – 12 YEARS)
S$17 FOR SENIOR CITIZENS (65 YEARS AND ABOVE)

The Sands Skypark Public Observation Deck is open to the public daily.

MON - THURS
9:30AM-10PM
FRI, SAT, SUN

The Infinity Pool, sad to say, is only open for the hotel guests. Lucky me! :-)

Here are the much-awaited pics!

Infinity Pool. I was speechless for a moment.
It was my first time to see something breathtaking.

What a dazzling experience!
I hope you enjoyed the pictures as much as I did.
Till my next post.

Sunset at Lower Peirce Reservoir Park

I love sunset photos! It reminds me of tranquility, peace and serenity. I feel I am home. Enjoy!

Just beyond the sunset
Someone waits for me

Just beyond the sunset
Lies my destiny
Where the purple mountains
Lie in deep tranquillity

There I’ll find the treasure
Of love eternally
Just beyond the sunset
Waits someone so fair
Just beyond the sunset
All alone they wait there
Their hair is golden
The colours of the sand

Their eyes sparkle in the night
Like diamonds in your hand
Just beyond the sunset
Lies a home for me
Where the world is peaceful
Like a paradise should be
Just beyond the sunset
Someday is where you’ll find me

(We were waiting for the sunset when Obie took this photo. I actually got tired jumping :D)

First Photo Shoot

Obie and I are both newbies in this hobby. In fact, we’ve just had our first photo shoot three weeks ago at Esplanade so please bear with us :D

Comments and Criticisms are highly appreciated :D
Enjoy!

Fotografia

My hubby and I were supposed to have our photo shoot today at Sentosa.
Sad to say, we need to cancel it due to the unpredictable weather here in Singapore.
Don't you hate it? I mean, when you're all set and ready to go and then it starts to rain? Ugh!
So instead of getting annoyed about it, I decided to make another Blog entitled Fotografia.

The title speaks for itself, I believe so. No need to elaborate what this blog is all about.

Comments and Criticisms are highly appreciated :D
